Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have complimentary use of 3 pools, 6 tennis courts and private fitness center. Guests receive a welcome bottle of wine and beach tote, plus guests have free DVD rentals and access to one of America’s best beaches. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming… organize a croquet game, take a professional tennis lesson or consult with a fitness trainer through our private club. The Seaside Bike Shop offers the rental of beach cruisers, rugged mountain bikes and baby carriages with a guest discount. The action doesn’t stop when you wander out of town. Our Front Desk can help you enjoy world-class golf, deep-sea fishing, luxurious spas and much more. Our Watercolor guests also enjoy their own amenities: pools, tennis, fitness and the like.

Tennis

Seaside’s private Tennis Club is open to our cottage guests. There you’ll find four clay and two hard courts nestled amid an area of lush natural landscaping. Take a private lesson with our on-staff professionals. Join in on round-robins or drills for adults or kids to sharpen your skills.
