IF the beach in Seaside, Florida experiences any unlikely closures related to BP’s incident, you may elect to reschedule or cancel your booking without loss of your 30% deposit. This No Risk Deposit allows you flexibility up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Currently this applies to any reservations now through (Extended to Aug 14th, 2010). We are pleased to make it easy for you to visit your preferred destination - Seaside, Florida!
GULF UPDATE… There have been intermittent reports regarding material from the Gulf incident on or near shore for the greater region [sporadic pea-size tar balls 4 times in 19 days] [nothing for 6 days]. Everything was cleaned up in short order and to date we continue to have no serious impact on our beach and there have been no health advisories. We are fully dedicated, and will provide factual updates about conditions here in Seaside, Florida if there is any change. (posted July 7, 2010)

Each property owner chooses whether or not to place his/her unit in the rental program. The Cottage Rental Agency, Seaside and its associated accommodations are not hotels. Because all units are individually owned and are not part of a hotel, such units may or may not be configured to comply with the accessibility requirements of The Americans with Disabilities Act. The decision of whether or not to make a condominium unit accessible is up to each individual owner.
